Let no one ever come to you without leaving better and happier.

- Mother Teresa

Congratulations! You have decided to take the final step of publicly declaring your love for each other by having a wedding ceremony.

The wedding ceremony signifies far more than the public declaration and affirmation of matrimony between a man and a woman. It is also the culmination of your romance and respect for each other. Young girls dream of an unforgettable wedding day - of being like a princess and marrying their chosen prince.

As your licensed celebrant I can guide and assist you to have your dream wedding day. Your ceremony will be unique and contain your choices of vows, readings, rituals and music.

If you prefer a no frills registry style wedding I can also arrange this style of ceremony for you.

In my experience, wedding ceremonies conducted by a celebrant are more relaxed, intimate and personal. You can involve more friends and family than a traditional service. The venue for your ceremony also adds your personal touch, whether a beautiful park, garden setting, bushland lookout, beach, cliff top or somewhere of your choice which has a special sentimental meaning for you both.

Your choice of season and time of day - sunrise, sunset, moonlight/evening or daytime will also reflect the uniqueness of the occasion.

Your wedding day is a significant milestone in your Life journey. Recalling your special day in retrospect should bring forth great happiness and joy for many years afterwards.

I will guide, assist, suggest and complete an unforgettable ceremony fulfilling your wishes, desires, and dreams and making a unique, loving and joyous celebration of your marriage.

All custom ceremonies include the use of microphones and my own acoustic equipment if requested with no additional fee.

Custom ceremonies also receive a copy of your wedding ceremony to keep with your photos and mementoes of the day. I can also arrange the application for your marriage extract from NSW Births Deaths and Marriages which will be your official and legal certificate of marriage required by Banks, Passport Office, Solicitor and government agencies. You will receive a Commemorative Laser engraved Certificate of Marriage on your wedding day which can be used as proof your marriage took place on the day and date, but cannot be used for government departments or Banks, Solicitors or Passport Offices. They will only accept the official extract from the NSW Department of Births, Deaths and Marriages which arrives by post approximately three to four weeks after your marriage if you have elected to apply for it at the same time as your marriage records are lodged by your celebrant. Personal application for the official extract can be done by you. Further information is contained in the Legal section of this website.

My wish is your ceremony to be the ultimate wedding and no less than I would want and create for myself.

Your first meeting is complimentary, so we can meet and discuss your ideas and wishes and also so we can meet face to face and assure ourselves that we are happy with each other and you have confidence and share my passion for romance and the beautiful feelings of love.

Please contact me to arrange a meeting at a mutually convenient time. I'm sure you will be happy with the time we spend together initially and of course there is no obligation. The final decision is totally your choice. I shall look forward to meeting you soon.

I am insured for Professional Indemnity and Public Liability as an added bonus to you.

Renewal of Vows

Renewing wedding vows rekindles the romance, passion and enduring love between a husband and wife. The length of time since the wedding can be recent or a significant wedding anniversary.

The ceremony created may reiterate parts of the initial wedding ceremony (apart from the legal monitum) as it is illegal to perform a full wedding ceremony with the same couple who are already married. However, a poignant ceremony with participation from the children of the marriage, former groomsmen, bridesmaids, parents of the couple creates an emotional and evocative atmosphere filled with so many cherished memories , happy and fragile times along the journey of married life. Music, poetry, prose, short speeches contribute to a ceremony overflowing with joy and endless love and renewal of commitment as though time had ceased to exist and for the once again bride and groom their wedding day and all its sincerity and eternal joy is repeated and shared with the family and friends.

Some families choose to have a surprise renewal of vows for Mum and Dad, especially for significant wedding anniversaries. A family gathering and joyful reaffirmation and love shared is an emotionally divine experience for everyone present. It is heart- warming to be a part of a ceremonial renewal of vows as time is so precious and love endures with tenacity and brings strength to a marriage rekindling almost forgotten memories and reminding all present of that passion and joining of souls for life.

I can create a truly memorable, exciting and joyously happy ceremony which will remind and enhance the vows exchanged initially embellishing the words and igniting the passion and excitement of your wedding day. I love to include special touches, rites, and ideas preferences into the ceremony. Family and friends participation makes the ceremony so unique and a copy of the ceremony is yours to keep as a reminder of your special day when you both renewed those very sincere, loving and important vows exchanged between each other.

Your initial meeting with me is free and without obligation. Let's meet and discuss your ideas, wishes, type of ceremony and venue.

I will look forward with excited anticipation to your contact by phone or email.

Remember the years may go by, but love conquers all and is eternal.

Naming Ceremonies

Naming ceremonies are a wonderful family occasion. Joyful smiles, reminiscences, discussions on names and their meanings or choices all make for lots of celebrating and excuses for a family reunion.

Choosing and publicly announcing a name or names for a child gives a unique identity to the newest family addition.

A naming ceremony officially welcomes a child and confers the name or names whilst inviting participation by selected family members, relations or friends in the ceremony. It also allows pledges or promises to be made to the child and chosen family or friends to create a unique and lasting bond with the child. Special naming certificates may be presented at the ceremony to the parents/child or chosen members as a reminder of this very special occasion.

Names may represent family traditions, grandparents or great grandparents, recurring themes such as flower names or a particular alphabetical letter recurring for each child such as each child having a name beginning with J. Other choices are made according to the meanings of names, cultural reasons or a favourite name.

I am always delighted to assist with discussing your ideas or answering any questions you may have regarding naming ceremonies. Please contact me by email or phone and I will create a naming ceremony which will be a great celebration and welcome to your child. I am very flexible with venues for the ceremony and any additional requests you may have.

Looking forward to speaking with you and creating history in your family.

I am insured for Professional Indemnity and Public Liability as an added bonus to you.
